HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

  • To start your return, go to the Returns page.
  • Complete the online form.
  • Check your inbox for a return confirmation email, and in a separate email, a return shipping label.
  • Your refund will be initiated upon scan of your return label at the carrier (UPS Store, FedEx, USPS, etc.).

Your refund will be reflected in your account 3-5 business days later.
