This fee applies per room and allows us to rework the space around the updated direction while continuing the project seamlessly.
Description
WHAT THIS COVERS
The Room Re-Start Fee applies when an existing design plan requires a substantial redesign after concepts, sourcing, moodboards, renderings, or revisions have already been completed.
Examples may include:
• Major palette changes
• Significant style direction shifts
• Reworking previously approved concepts
• Incorporating new project requirements after design work has begun
This fee helps cover the additional design and sourcing time involved in reworking the space from the new direction forward.

• Fee applies per room
• This is not a standalone design service
• This fee applies only to existing client projects already in progress
DELIVERY
Updated concepts, sourcing, and revisions will continue through the existing project workflow.
